Online Client Services Representative
Hunter1 Jets is seeking an Online Client Services Representative .
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years experience in Corporate Aviation
Duties / Responsibilities:
To provide a high level of preferred concierge style service, handling exclusively every aspect of Hunter1 Jets Client's travel needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You will be responsible for responding to management clients travel needs, smoothly coordinating all communications between the management client and the charter, flight coordination, scheduling, accounting, maintenance and line service departments, both inter and intra-departmental. This communication should involve the appropriate Air Group person or persons to assist with requirements.
The candidate should possess a working knowledge in corporate aviation with specific detail to charter sales, flight coordination, aircraft operations and / or aviation related customer service. An understanding of aircraft operations, scheduling and maintenance is expected. A good foundation of discipline and accuracy is required.
Additional requirements: Standard computer knowledge, oral and written communication, Customer Service skills and a desire to be part of a high producing sales team.
